4. We try our best to capture true colours, but a little variation may happen. 

Shipping Details:

1. To facilitate efficient event preparation, we require access to the premises in advance.

2. Please note that delays resulting from delayed or denied access will not be our responsibility.

3. Decoration stands, and tables will be retrieved after the event; their cost is not included in our services.

4. Decoration setup is provided on a 24-hour rental basis. For extended use beyond the initial 24 hours, an additional charge of AED 100 per day will apply.
