Which products can I propose?
You may propose gift-ready chocolates, cakes and desserts, perfumes and oud, candles and diffusers, dates and sweets, plants and selected home-gifting products. Other suitable categories may also be reviewed.
Does submitting an application guarantee that my products will be listed?
No. An application starts a review only. Listing depends on product fit, quality, compliance, commercial terms, stock, fulfilment capability and final written approval by Aroma Flowers.
Do I need a UAE trade licence?
Partners must be able to supply the UAE market legally and provide the licences, registrations, labels, safety information or approvals required for their product category and operating model.
Which partnership models are available?
Potential models include wholesale, consignment, on-demand fulfilment and exclusive collaboration. The most suitable route is discussed during review.
Who sets product prices and commercial terms?
Pricing, margins, taxes, delivery charges, payment cycles, returns and other commercial terms are assessed and documented for each approved partnership before launch.
Who holds stock and fulfils orders?
That depends on the agreed model. Aroma Flowers may purchase stock, hold consignment stock, or coordinate an on-demand process in which the partner keeps products ready for collection or delivery.
Can I sell products that require temperature control or special handling?
You may submit them for review. Approval depends on food safety, shelf life, packaging, temperature control, delivery range and the ability to maintain product quality through fulfilment.
What should I include in my catalogue?
Include clear product names, photographs, sizes, ingredients or materials where relevant, retail and trade pricing, minimum order quantities, shelf life, stock capacity, lead times and required compliance documents.
How long does the review take?
Review timing varies with category, catalogue completeness, product sampling, compliance checks and commercial discussions. Aroma Flowers will contact applicants whose products appear suitable for the next stage.
