Shipping Details:

1. To facilitate efficient event preparation, we require access to the premises in advance,  time required to arrange the set up 2-4 hours.
2. Please note that delays resulting from delayed or denied access will not be our responsibility.
3. We will collect the arch , neon sign, & carpet after the event.
4. Customization options are available.
5. Decoration setup is provided on a 24-hour rental basis. For extended use beyond the initial 24 hours, an additional charge of AED 100 per day will apply.
